The following construction permits were filed recently in Town Hall:

Building permits

Patricia Evangelista received a permit Nov. 6 to rebuild a deck, enclose a porch, and install windows at 28 Coulter St., work estimated to cost $10,000.

Troiano/Franciosa received a permit Nov. 6 to build a garage on a new foundation at 13 Ship St., work estimated to cost $10,000.

Jeanne C. Hayman received a permit Nov. 7 to renovate the kitchen and bathroom at 15 Priscilla Rd., work estimated to cost $99,000.

The town of Jamestown received a permit Nov. 8 to make improvements at 41-43 Conanicus Ave. No estimate was given.

George Courtemanche received a permit Nov. 8 to add a roof to the existing deck at 43 Clarke's Village Rd., work estimated to cost $4,000.

Paul Amiot received a permit Nov. 13 to replace seven windows on the porch and a storm door at 54 Clarke St., work estimated to cost $3,500.

William Burgin received a permit Nov. 13 to rebuild the front stairs and replace windows at 56 Maple Ave., work estimated to cost $10,000.

Electrical permits

James O'Donovan received a permit Nov. 6 to wire for a kitchen renovation at 94 America Way, work estimated to cost $1,500.

Laura Love Rose received a permit Nov. 6 to install low-voltage wiring at 15 Hull Cove St., work estimated to cost $5,500.

Brian Bryer received a permit Nov. 7 to wire a new house to code at 20 Prospect Lane, work estimated to cost $19,500.

Tom Brome received a permit Nov. 7 to install 200-amp service at 566 Seaside Drive, work estimated to cost $975.

Joe Swiader received a permit Nov. 8 to install new wiring, lighting and outlets at 601 Beavertail Rd., work estimated to cost $4,000.

H.P. Belines received a permit Nov. 8 to wire an alarm system at 25 Hull Cove St., work estimated to cost $3,200.

Paul Boghossian received a permit Nov. 8 to install 200-amp service in the garage at 1076 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $1,500.

Mechanical permits
