The following construction permits were filed recently in Town Hall:

Building permits

Edwina Cloherty received a permit Nov. 21 to add on a 12- by 12-foot sunroom to the rear of the house, work estimated to cost $3,000.

Sidney Waller received a permit Nov. 21 to replace a family room with a new addition, including a garage at 7 Beavertail Rd., work estimated to cost $132,000.

Frank Kosacz received a permit Nov. 21 to build a 12-by 24- foot deck to replace a patio at 24 Clarke's Village Rd, work estimated to cost $2,000.

Kevin Brennan received a permit Nov. 21 to build a garage with a second-floor bedroom at 7 Clarke's Village Rd, work estimated to cost $83,000.

Charles and Alexis Pyle received a permit Nov.21 to add a kitchen, bath and deck addition to the house at 46 Emerson Rd., work estimated to cost $60,000.

George and Susan James received a permit Nov. 22 to replace windows, ceiling tiles and an exterior door at 51 Keel Ave., work estimated to cost $3,000.

Electrical permits

Mary Pat Ryan received a permit Nov. 21 to wire a new bath and outdoor hot tub at 15 Priscilla Rd., work estimated to cost $4,500.

V. Palmieri received a permit Nov. 21 to install underground service to the house at 207 Beavertail Rd., work estimated to cost $1,000.

Paul Andrews received a permit Nov. 22 to upgrade the service to 200 amps and wire addition at 5 Alden Rd., work estimated to cost $10,000.

Mechanical permits

John Williamson received a permit Nov. 17 to install a gas stove in a house at 68 Intrepid Lane, work estimated to cost $2,300.

Winston Knight received a permit Nov. 17 to install a wood stove insert in a fireplace at 155 Conanicus Ave., work estimated to cost $2,800.

Candice Noll received a permit Nov. 21 to install three hydro-air conditioning units in a house at 49 Standish Rd., work estimated to cost $21,000.

William Pritchett received a permit Nov. 22 to install a new boiler, hot water heater and central air conditioning at 19 Bridgeview Drive, work estimated to cost $29,000.

John Reves received a permit Nov. 22 to replace a boiler and hot water tank at 199 West Reach Drive, work estimated to cost $7,000.
