The following construction permits were filed recently in Town Hall:

Building permits

Lawrence McDonald received a permit Nov. 27 to replace a deck at 90 Reservoir Circle, work estimated to cost $4,000.

Donna Drago received a permit Nov. 27 to replace 21 windows with energy-efficient ones at 44 Walcott Ave., work estimated to cost $19,786.

Robert Zimmerman received a permit Nov. 27 to strip and reroof the south side of the house at 23 Conanicus Ave., work estimated to cost $6,854.

Paul Andrews received a permit Nov. 27 to strip and reroof the house at 55 Blueberry Lane, work estimated to cost $7,400.

Lawrence Wikander received a permit Dec. 1 to replace a rotten front porch at 29 Calvert Place, work estimated to cost $10,000.

Anna Templeton-Cotill received a permit Dec. 1 to replace 14 windows in the house at 34 Columbia Ave., work estimated to cost $8,000.

Kerry Sheehan received a permit Dec. 1 to add a deck to the south side of the house at 53 Cole St., work estimated to cost $3,000.

Conanicut Yacht Club received a permit Nov. 28 to wire a remodeled section and install fire alarms at 40 Bayview Drive, work estimated to cost $70,000.

John Hadley received a permit Dec. 1 to upgrade the service and move electric baseboards at 4 Ship St., work estimated to cost $2,500.

Mechanical permits

Frank Fornari received a permit Nov. 27 to install central air conditioning in the house at 137 Narragansett Ave., work estimated to cost $19,000.

Garrett Roberts received a permit Nov. 28 to install a propane tank on a concrete pad at 223 Hull Cove Farm Rd., work estimated to cost $5,357.

H.P. Bunaes received a permit Nov. 28 to install a propane tank and lines to the house at 25 Hull Cove St., work estimated to cost $5,357.
