Make a boxwood tree at the library
On Saturday, Dec. 9, from 1 to 3 p.m. the Friends of the Jamestown Library invite people to create a personalized tabletop boxwood tree for the holidays.
Laura Clarke will provide the instruction, cones, bows, and all the other supplies needed to decorate the tree. Feel free to bring other decorations and an imagination. This year's reduced cost is to encourage Jamestowners to make this a parent/child activity. Bring along a 'tween or teen, and make two boxwood trees.
There is a $10 materials fee for each participant. Advance registration and payment are requested. Space is limited. For more information, call the library at 423-7280.
