Building permits

Jeffrey Nickol received a permit Dec. 12 to remodel a bathroom at 101 Mt. Hope Ave., work estimated to cost $4,000.

John Hadley received a permit Dec. 12 to replace kitchen cabinets at 4 Ship St., work estimated to cost $3,000.

Elaine Enterprises, Inc. received a permit Dec. 13 to construct a new single family house at 1327 North Main Rd., work estimated to cost $89,500.

Brian Petit received a permit Dec. 13 to build a new 4,200-square-foot house on property at 412 Seaside Drive, work estimated to cost $550,000.

Christian Cowan received a permit Dec. 14 to install a new window in a house at 19 Melrose Ave., work estimated to cost $300.

Vincent J. Rosati received a permit Dec. 18 to strip and reroof the house at 173 Seaside Drive, work estimated to cost $9,000.

Electrical permits

Laura Rose received a permit Dec. 12 to install fire and burglar alarms and vacuum systems in a house at 15 Hull Cove St., work estimated to cost $7,798.

Randy and Rena Tyson received a permit Dec. 13 to wire a new addition at 229 Seaside Drive, work estimated to cost $6,000.
