The following construction permits were filed recently in Town Hall:

Building permits

David Siwini received a permit June 13 to extend the sunroom and construct a deck at 40 Columbia Lane, work estimated to cost $35,000.

Andrea Genest received a permit June 15 to reshingle the roof at 90 Narragansett Ave., work estimated to cost $4,500.

Frank Hutchinson received a permit June 15 to strip and reshingle two cottages at 2 Greygull Lane, work estimated to cost $4,800.

Michael Cochran received a permit June 16 to install vents in the roof at 9 North Main Rd., work estimated to cost $4,200.

Donald R. Palumbo received a permit June 16 to replace a shed with a new 12by 20-foot shed at 188 Beacon Ave., work estimated to cost $5,000.

Joseph Dutra received a permit June 16 to strip and reroof over the kitchen at 42 Weeden Lane, work estimated to cost $3,388.

John Yeager received a permit June 16 to repair the roof at 41 Walcott Ave., work estimated to cost $2,228.

Electrical permits

Georgia Dennen received a permit June 13 to upgrade the service from 60 to 200 amps at 73 Clarke St., work estimated to cost $1,800.

Michelle K. Estaphan received a permit June 16 to replace electric heat with a propane-fired system at 29 Buoy St., work estimated to cost $5,000.
