Wild plant group starts fall series

The Rhode Island Wild Plant Society is offering a series of fall walks and tours beginning this month.

Among the offerings is a wild mushroom walk Saturday, Sept. 9, at the Alton Jones Campus, and a tour to Block Island Friday, Sept. 15, in conjunction with the Nature Conservancy.
