St. Matt's golf tourney this weekend

St. Matthew's sixth annual golf tournament will be held rain or shine on Sunday, Sept. 24, at the JamestownGolf Course.

Tee off times begin at noon and the tournament will be followed by a cookout at the club featuring steak and swordfish.

Another upcoming event is the annual Blessing of the Animals to be held on the church grounds on Sunday, Oct. 8, shortly after 11 a.m. Pets of all denominations are welcome!
