Halloween treats for children at the library

Children in costume are invited to visit the Jamestown Philomenian Library on Halloween, Tuesday, Oct. 31, between 1 and 8:30 p.m. for special tricks and treats.

The library is located at 26 North Main Rd. in Jamestown.
