Treats at the library, Secret Garden

Children in costume are invited to visit the Jamestown library on Halloween between 1 and 8:30 p.m. for special treats. The library is located at 26 North Main Road.

The Secret Garden will again be helping make this Halloween safe for island children by passing out glow sticks to those in costume on Halloween. The garden shop is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
