Pirates and privateers in Rhode Island

A free presentation on the fascinating history of Rhode Island's own pirates and privateers will take place on Thursday, Nov. 2, at 7 p.m. in the Jamestown library meeting hall.

Historian John McNiff a park ranger at Roger Williams Memorial Park, will present the program.

This event is free and open to the public.
