4:02 a.m., Oct. 24, EMS 1 was dispatched to Columbia Avenue for a person who was taken to Newport Hospital.

5:00 p.m., Oct. 25, EMS 1 was sent to Pemberton Avenue for a trauma victim who refused transport.

7:39 p.m., Oct. 25, EMS 1 went to North Main Road for a person who was taken to Newport Hospital.
