Medicare Part D to be explained

On Friday, Nov. 17, the Jamestown Seniors Citizens Association will sponsor a seminar on Medicare Plan D, featuring the changes for the upcoming year beginning Jan. 1, 2007.

Nancy Tortolani and staff from the University of Rhode Island Pharmaceutical Department will be on hand to explain it all with their national award-winning kickoff PowerPoint presentation.

Arrangements can also be made for individual enrollment at a second, as yet unscheduled, meeting.

The program is designed to help new retirees understand Medicare Plan D, how to enroll, and explain the new changes and fees for those who are already enrolled. Seniors are urged to come and hear this award-winning presentation, which will provide answers to their many questions. Call 423- 1026 for more information.
