NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT
THE JAMESTOWN ZONING BOARD
OF REVIEW WILL HOLD A PUBLIC
HEARING ON DECEMBER 19, 2006,
AT THE JAMESTOWN LIBRARY, 26
NORTH ROAD, JAMESTOWN, RHODE
ISLAND AT 7:00 P.M. UPON THE
FOLLOWING:
The appeal of the decision of the
Town of Jamestown Planning Board
dated Oct. 11, 2006 granting the application
of Evelyn F. Furtado for a two-lot
subdivision with waivers for a private
roadway, Plat 8, Lots 318 & 753.
Roger and Maryjane Lavallee, appellants,
20 Luther Street.
Application of Mary Pat Ryan, whose
property is located at 15 Priscilla Rd.,
and further identified as Tax Assessor’s
Plat 8, Lot 191 for a variance from
Article 3, Table 3-2 (District Dimensional
Regulations) to construct a front porch
addition, which will be 23.9’ from the
front lot line instead of the required
30’. Said property is located in a R20
zone and contains .32 acres.
Application of Tenley & Onne
VanDerWal, whose property is located
at 2 Priscilla Rd., and further identified
as Tax Assessor’s Plat 8, Lot 193 for
a variance from Article 3, Table 3-2
(District Dimensional Regulations) to
construct an addition to an existing
single-family dwelling which will be
19’ from the front lot line wherein 30’
is the requirement. Said property is
located in a R20 zone and contains
18,657 sq. ft.
Application of Peter Flood, whose
property is located at 864 East Shore
Rd., and further identified as Tax
Assessor’s Plat 2, Lot 222 for a variance
from Article 3, Table 3-2 (District
Dimensional Regulations) to construct
a second floor addition to an existing
garage which is non-conforming
by dimension being 13.74’ from the
side lot line (southerly) wherein 20’
is required. Said property is located
in a RR80 zone and contains 101,334
sq. ft.
