Elaine Enterprises, Inc. received a permit Dec. 13 to construct a new single family house at 1327 North Main Rd., work estimated to cost $89,500.

Brian Petit received a permit Dec. 13 to build a new 4,200-square-foot house on property at 412 Seaside Drive, work estimated to cost $550,000.

Christian Cowan received a permit Dec. 14 to install a new window in a house at 19 Melrose Ave., work estimated to cost $300.
