Domestic vandalism charged
Amy Gladding, 31, of 885 North Main Rd., was charged with domestic vandalism, malicious injury to property and domestic vandalism after she damaged glassware, dishes, a TV, lamps and a kitchen table during an argument in her home.
Police said she is scheduled to appear Jan. 19 in Newport District Court.
Drunk driving charged
Trisha L. Glawson, 21, of Narragansett was charged with drunk driving Jan. 7 after she was found stopped in the breakdown lane of Route 138 with passengers who were vomiting.
Police said Glawson was arraigned the same day. No further court information was available, police said.
Picked up on warrant
Benjamin P. Coulter, 21, of Wilton, Conn. was picked up on an outstanding warrant from Newport District Court after he walked into the Jamestown police station to retrieve a driver's license that had been taken from him.
Police said he is due to appear Jan. 19 in district court.
A glass display case in front of the Bomes Theater Mall was smashed Jan. 5 and reported to police by a member of the cleaning staff.
