      Thursday, Feb. 15     7 p.m., Lawn school: the School Committee meets.         Monday, Feb. 19     Presidents' Day.     All town facilities will be closed.         Tuesday, Feb. 20     Noon,   golf   course   bldg.: agenda deadline for the Feb. 26 Town Council meeting.     6 p.m., library: the monthly meeting of the Board of Water and Sewer Commissioners.       Wednesday, Feb. 21     7:30 p.m., library: the Planning       Commission meets.
