Jane Payne received a permit on Feb. 22 to construct a 20 by 26- foot addition with one bedroom w/ bath and a handicap ramp at 1322 North Main Rd., work estimated to cost $70,000.

Mechanical permits

Jerrold Rosenberg received a permit on Feb. 20 to replace two 275 gallon oil tanks, 2 new fill pipes to outside, and 1 new vent to outside at 105 Walcott Ave., work estimated to cost $3,400.

Electrical permits

Ruth McIntyre received a permit on Feb. 22 to install a security system at 51 Bryer Ave., work estimated to cost $3,700.
