What a great night, Mary Wright!

Rocket Dawgz plan big fireworks finale
      The Rocket Dawgz are going to hang up their fireworks after this July 4, but we hope to go out with a bang! The Dawgz have blown up your money for 12 years and want to say thanks in a big way, by blowing up more of your money! We're shooting for July 4 at Mackerel Cove provided that we can garner the town's permission.

Follow up on tree committee story
      Where to start? In the March 29 Press report of the Jamestown Tree Preservation and Protection Committee's meeting of March 20th, I was quoted as follows: "the tree inventory isn't going anywhere," and that I hadn't heard back from the school on my most recent message. I did say that and at the time it was correct.

Thanks for the raptor project help
      On behalf of the Conanicut Island Raptor Project, we would like to thank several people for helping us install two new osprey nest poles on the island.
