The following construction permits were filed recently in Town Hall:

Building permits

Tanya Roberts received a permit on April 3 to renovate a kitchen at 93 Umiak Ave., work estimated to cost $25,000.

Sandy Kane received a permit on April 4 to remove and replace cabinets and replace 100-feet of hardwood at 1243 North Main Rd., work estimated to cost $12,000.

Tom Benoit received a permit on April 5 to install new windows, roofing and siding, kitchen and bath at 78 Nautilus Ave., work estimated to cost $77,000.

Okema Properties LLC received a permit on April 5 to replace a floor and add electrical outlets at 34 Narragansett Ave., Suite 4, work estimated to cost $3,000.

Christian Cowan received a permit on April 9 to replace and shingle a roof at 19 Melrose Ave., work estimated to cost $2,000.

Warren and Cathy O'Sullivan received a permit on April 9 to construct a porch and install a new kitchen at 20 Brook St., work estimated to cost $65,000.

Ronald E. and Margaret S. Gauthier received a permit on April 9 to finish a basement at 17 Bayberry Rd., work estimated to cost $7,000.

Electrical permits

Fred Allen received a permit on April 3 to install temporary service at 7 Grey Gull Lane, work estimated to cost $500.

Anne Tenley received a permit on April 4 to relocate existing service at 2 Priscilla Rd., work estimated to cost $18,000.

Dr. David Siwicky received a permit on April 9 to install electrical wiring to swimming pool lights and pump as needed at 40 Columbia Lane, work estimated to cost $2,000.

Bill Murphy received a permit on April 9 to revamp service overhead to underground at 102 Hamilton Ave., work estimated to cost $1,000.

Mechanical permits

Kevin Brennan received a permit on April 4 to install three air conditioning systems, ductwork, condensers, and refrigerator lines at 7 Clarks Village Rd., work estimated to cost $10,000.

Cornelia Muller received a permit on April 4 to install air conditioning at 73 Cole St., work estimated to cost $12,250.

Steven and Elaine Evangelista received a permit on April 9 to install air conditioning systems at 10 Prospect Ave., work estimated to cost $25,000.

Candice Noll received a permit to install a gas stove and vent a fireplace at 256 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $5,500.

Plumbing permits

Joe Reale received a permit on April 4 to install plumbing at 12 Priscilla Rd., work estimated to cost $4,500.

Charles Higgins received a permit on April 4 to install bathroom plumbing at 24 Pierce Ave., work estimated to cost $8,500.
