Turn the TV off and have some fun this week

The Jamestown library has scheduled several events for the annual TV Turn-off Week, which began on Monday.

There will be a Morse Code Workshop today, Thursday, April 26, at 3 p.m. Learn about and practice code with Mr. MacLean. This free program is for children in third grade and up. Registration is required.

There will be a French horn and clarinet family concert with New England Conservatory students Peter Solomon and Michelle Spinelli on Sunday, April 29, from 3 to 4 p.m. The group will perform for children and their families. Solomon and Spinelli appear through New England Conservatory's Performance Outreach Department's Community Performances and Partnerships Program.
