8:17 a.m., May 4, Car 1, Ladder 1, EMS 1, Engines 1 and 2 were sent to Conanicus Avenue for a faulty smoke detector.

8:38 p.m., May 4, Car 1, Ladder 1, Engines 1 and 3 went to Conanicus Avenue for a faulty alarm system.
