Blood drive May 20

The island's veterans groups will sponsor a blood drive on Sunday, May 20, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Holy Ghost Hall.

The Arnold Zwier Post 22 of the American Legion and Memorial Post 9447 of the VFW will host the event in the Portuguese American Citizens' Club. Donors must be at least 17 years old, weigh 110 pounds and be in good health.
