CITATION STATE OF RHODE ISLAND AND PROVIDENCE PLANTATIONS

OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF

SUPERIOR COURT PETITION TO FORECLOSE TAX

LIEN

N. M. NO. 07-226

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,

AND TO JOSEPH J. CONNOLLY,

THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF

JOSEPH J. CONNOLLY, AND THE UNKNOWN DEVISEES OF JOSEPH

J. CONNOLLY:

WHEREAS, a Petition has been presented to said Court by the Town of Jamestown, a Rhode Island Municipal corporation, to foreclose all rights of redemption from the lien proceedings described in said Petition in and concerning a certain parcel of land situated in the County of Newport and State of Rhode Island, bounded and described in said Petition as follows:

That certain lot or parcel of land situated on Beacon Avenue in the Town of Jamestown, County of Newport and State of Rhode Island laid out and designated as Lot No. 534 on that Plat entitled: Jamestown Shores Plat No. 4 In Jamestown, R.I. Owned By James G. Head, April, 1947 E. Newman Engineer@, said Plat being recorded in the Office of the Jamestown Town Clerk. Tax Assessor's Plat 16 Lot 330.

If you desire to make any objection or defense to said Petition, you or your attorney must file a written appearance and an Answer under oath, setting forth clearly and specifically your objections or defense to each part of said Petition, in the Office of the Superior Court, in Newport, on or before the 27th day of June, 2007, that you may then and there show cause, if any, why the prayer of the Petitioner should not be granted. Unless your appearance is filed by or for you, your default will be recorded, the said Petition will be taken as confessed, and you will be forever barred from contesting said Petition or any Decree entered thereon. In addition to the usual service of this Notice as required by law, it is ordered that the foregoing Citation be published forthwith, once per week for three successive weeks in the Jamestown Press, a newspaper published in the Town of Jamestown, County of Newport and State of Rhode Island.
