Some dogs are wired wrong
2007-06-07 / Letters to the Editor
Tie them up, they won't shut up. Yelp, yelp, yelp.
Rude wake up calls. Frenetic daily cycles of high, stiletto-like yelps are an unbearably toxic affront to anyone within earshot that isn't deaf.
The bottom line is a wrong dog doesn't belong in a civilized neighborhood. A wrong dog disturbs the peace, ergo a wrong dog is against the law.
This is a fact that daft owners and phantom dog officers had better address.
