Notice of Master Plan
A Master Plan Informational Meeting will be held for the Randall Major Land Development Project on Wednesday, August 1, 2007 at a meeting of the Jamestown Planning Commission beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the large meeting room of the Jamestown Philomenian Library, 26 North Main Road.
This project consists of a new, 4,320 square foot Commercial Retail/Office building on Narragansett Avenue, directly adjacent to and east of Randall Gallery and moving the single family home from Narragansett Avenue to Howland Avenue. The project is comprised of Tax Assessors Plat (AP) 9 Lot 179. Said lot proposed for development begins less than 1/10th of a mile (less than 100 feet) east of Narragansett Avenues intersection with Howland Avenue on the south side of Narragansett Avenue.
Interested parties may examine the plans for the proposed Subdivision at the Jamestown Planning Office, Located at the Town Hall, 245 Conanicus Avenue (Golf Course Building) Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 3pm, 423-7210.
The proposed Subdivision may be revised by the Planning Commission as a result of further study or because of the views expressed at the Informational Meeting.
