Police Log
      Marijuana possession charged Zachary H. Hanners, 18, of Miami, Fla., was charged July 21 with a first offense possession of marijuana, after he was stopped for suspicious behavior on Seaside Drive. Hanners was held overnight at the police department. A pretrial date is scheduled for Aug. 3 at Newport District Court, police said.
