      Suspended license, fugitive charges Guy Frigon, 48, of 865 East Shore Rd., was charged Sept. 3 with driving on a suspended license and for being a fugitive from justice in violation of a warrant from another state. Frigon was stopped for speeding on North Main Road, police said.
