Book group to discuss Setterfield

The Afternoon Book Discussion at the Jamestown library continues on Tuesday, Oct. 9, with the book "The Thirteenth Tale: A Novel," by Diane Setterfield.

The Tuesday book discussion began in February 1997 and they meet the second Tuesday of each month. The group is open to the public and has discussed a variety of fiction and non-fiction titles. Consider dropping in for a discussion. New participants are always welcome.

Future books for discussion include, Nov. 13, "Eat, Pray, Love: One Woman's Search for Everything Across Italy, India and Indonesia," by Elizabeth Gilbert; Dec. 11, "Water for Elephants: A Novel" by Sara Gruen.

For more information, call the library at 423-7280. These books may be obtained through the Jamestown library by placing holds on one of the many copies in the state available through the Ocean State Libraries. Registration is not required. The meetings are free and open to the public and new members are encouraged to join.
