Thanks for the band support!

The Jamestown Community Band wishes to thank the Jamestown Press for the very excellent support for our Holiday CD sales effort.

It was an outstanding success. Thanks for including some of the music and images of the CD on your Web site and placing an announcement there and in the newspaper.

The people of Jamestown responded with their usual enthusiasm, encouragement, and support.

Our thanks also to the stores who sold the CDs, including Conanicut Marine Ship's Store, East Ferry Deli, Grapes and Gourmet, Island Realty, Jamestown Designs, Jamestown Fitness Center, Jamestown Hardware, Slice of Heaven, Trattoria Simpatico, and Baker's Pharmacy, who will continue to sell them for a few weeks.
