Steven and Elaine Evangelista received a permit Jan. 3 to remodel the house at 1088 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $395,000.

Catherine Cipolla received a permit Jan. 4 to install new kitchen and repair bathrooms at 35 Bay Terrace, work estimated to cost $44,500.

Michael Dutton received a permit Jan. 4 to build a three-sided pole structure on the east side of the garage at 1350 North Main Rd., work estimated to cost $5,000.

Joan Dupee received a permit Jan. 8 to enclose a front porch at 124 Narragansett Ave., work estimated to cost $6,000.

Joy Kules received a permit Jan. 8 to reroof the house at 188 Conanicus Ave., work estimated to cost $4,500.
