The following construction permits were filed recently in Town Hall:

Electrical permits

Charles Kinkaid received a permit Jan. 8 to replace the service entrance at 119 Howland Ave., work estimated to cost $300.

Mechanical permits

Brian and Annette Bryer received a permit Jan. 2 to install air conditioning and heating in the new house at 205 Prospect Ave., work estimated to cost $19,500.

Andrew Potter received a permit Jan. 4 to install three zones of heat at 3 Laurel Lane, work estimated to cost $15,000.

Conanicut Yacht Club received a permit Jan. 56 to install a 500- gallon propane tank and lines to the building at 40 Bayview Drive, work estimated to cost $300.

Peter Fay received a permit Jan. 5 to install a propane tank and gas lines to the range at 1 Swinburne St., work estimated to cost $300.

Vivian Palmieri received a permit Jan. 5 to install propane tank and gas lines to the house at Beavertail Road, work estimated to cost $1,674.

Robert Crooks received a permit Jan. 5 to install a propane tank in a house at 7 Hull St., work estimated to cost $95.

Randy Tyson received a permit Jan. 5 to install a 50-gallon propane tank at the house at 229 Seaside Drive, work estimated to cost $95.

Executive Lodging LLC received a permit Jan. 8 to install a wood burning fireplace and chimney at 42 Standish Rd., work estimated to cost $3,000.

Plumbing permits

Janice Matthews received a permit Jan. 8 to install plumbing and fixtures in a new house at 5 Decatur Ave., work estimated to cost $14,400.
