Writers' night out in Wickford

Providence author Karen Lee Boren will read from her novel "Girls in Peril" tonight, Feb. 1, at 7 p.m. at Writers' Night Out at Wickford Gourmet, 21 Main St. in Wickford

Borne's novel was published by Tin House Press last year and selected for the Barnes and Noble Discover Great New Writers program.

Cafe service including wine, beer, gourmet snacks, coffee and tea will be available.
