Building permits

Clement Napolitano received a permit Jan. 31 to replace windows, doors, and install shingles

at 77 Reservoir Circle, work estimated to cost $9,000.

Kekan and Sandy Shah received a permit Jan. 31 to construct a kitchen, deck addition, and interior renovations, work estimated to cost 220,000 at 8 Reise Rd.

David Burnell received a permit Jan. 31. to strip and re-roof a house at 20 Melrose Ave. with asphalt shingles, work estimated to cost $7,115.

George Dolos received a permit to repair outdoor stairs and replace windows on second floor at 23 Narragansett Ave., work estimated to cost $3,000

Robert W. Carton received a permit Jan. 31 to strip and shingle a roof at 45 Ledge Rd., work estimated to cost $11,000

David Swick received a permit Feb. 2 to install an in-ground pool and spa at 40 Columbia Lane, work estimated to cost $45,000.

John Turner received a permit Feb. 2 to replace a skylight and windows at 12 Catamaran St., work estimated to cost $5,100.

Onne and Tenley Vanderwal received a permit Feb. 2 to construct an addition at 2 Priscilla Rd., work estimated to cost $186,500
