Fools' Rules Regatta date set for Aug. 18

This summer's 30th anniversary Fools' Rules Regatta is planned for Saturday, Aug. 18, at the town-owned beach at East Ferry.

Once again, Chief Fool Chris Powell will don one red and one green sock, his khaki shorts, blue blazer, and pith helmet, and through his bullhorn, encourage the foolish sailors to build their "boats" of non-nautical materials.
