Book group to discuss Kundera novel

The next Evening Book Discussion at the Jamestown library will be held Feb. 20. The book to be discussed will be "The Unbearable Lightness of Being" by Milan Kundera. The group meets on the third Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m.

The following books have been chosen for discussion in the upcoming months.

+ "All the Pretty Horses" by Cormac McCarthy, March 20.

+ "Accordion Crimes" by E. Annie Proulx, April 17.

+ "Breathing Lessons" by Anne Tyler, May 15.

Meetings are free and open to the public. New participants are welcome.

Copies of the books can be obtained by placing a hold on the many copies available through the statewide network. The discussion is free and open to the public and led by Richard Tyre, a Jamestown resident.
