Sutt elected as board chairman

Ed Sutt

International Staple, Nail and Tool Association board members elected Jamestown resident Ed Sutt as chairman of its board of directors.

Sutt is the e n g i n e e ring manager of fastener technology at Stanley Bostitch in East Greenwich. He received his masters and doctorate in civil engineering from Clemson University, with a focus on wind-resistant wood frame construction.

Sutt earned his undergraduate degree in civil engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He has eight years of experience in the fastener business, the past six years with Stanley Bostitch.
