Community center opens for teens

The Community Center will open Friday nights for all high school students, beginning this week, Friday, Feb. 23, from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Teens can meet to play basketball, pool, ping-pong, cards, and help plan upcoming trips and activities.

Plans are underway for the construction of a Teen Center in the Community Center, and teens are needed to help with program planning, fundraising, and the formation of a youth newsletter and website. Contact Melissa Minto for more information at 741-0562 or email jamestownteens@yahoo. com.
