    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT
THE JAMESTOWN ZONING BOARD
OF REVIEW WILL HOLD A PUBLIC
HEARING ON MARCH 27, 2007, AT
THE   JAMESTOWN   LIBRARY,   26
NORTH RD, JAMESTOWN, RHODE
ISLAND AT 7:00 P.M. UPON THE
FOLLOWING:
    Application of Allan and Nancy
Randall, whose property is located
at 61 Narragansett Ave., and further
      identifi ed   as   Tax   Assessor's
Plat 9, Lot 179 for a Special Use
Permit   under   Article   6,   Sections
82-600, 82-601, and 82-602 as required
          pursuant to Table 3-1 (Permitted
          Uses), to construct a mixed
use structure (Offi ce & Retail) and
relocate upon said lot an existing
structure. Said property is located
in a CD zone and contains 13,182
sq. ft.
    Application   of   Mark   E.   Brasil,
whose property is located on Court
St., and further identifi ed as Tax Assessor's
            Plat 2, Lot 6 for a variance
from Article 3, Section 82-302 to
construct a single-family residence
(16' x 20') with a left and right side

yard setback of 17' (30' being required,
          13' of relief sought), and
50' frontage on Court Street, a so
called paper road (200' of frontage
    on an accepted street required,
150' of relief sought). Said property
      is located in a RR80 zone and
contains 5,000 sq. ft.
    Application   of   J.   Patrick   Mc-
Intyre Jr., whose property is located
at 27 Bryer Ave., and further identifi
  ed as Tax Assessor's Plat 8, Lot
215 for a variance from Article 3,
Section 302, (District Dimensional
Regulations) and Article 7, Section
705 (Alteration of a Nonconforming
Structure) to construct a 12'-0" x
24'-0" attached garage and make
other alterations to a 7'-0" x 12'-0"
section of existing porch which is
non conforming. The new garage
will be five ft. from the property line
on the west side instead of 10'-0"

Co. LLC whose property is located
at 150 Conanicus Ave., and further
identifi ed as Tax Assessor's Plat 8,
Lot 258 for a variance from Article

7, Section 703, 704 to construct a
new porch at 12' 10" from Bay View
Dr. and replace existing sign with a
new 17 sq. ft. sign. Said property is
located in a R20 zone and contains
49, 652 sq. ft.
    Application   of   Rosemary   C.
Baron, whose property is located at
North Bay View Drive., and further
identifi ed as Tax Assessor's Plat 1,
Lot 219 for a Special Use Permit
under Article 3, Section 314 (High
Ground   Water/Impervious   Layer
Overlay   District)   to   construct   a
single-family dwelling. Said property
      is located in a RR80 zone and
contains 11,000 sq. ft.
