Wickford to hold spring art show

The Wickford Art Association Gallery is hosting its annual Spring Members Show, Part One. An "All Media Show", the WAA will be welcoming new work from its members with last names beginning with A-L. Members include fine artists and photographers from all over Southern New England. The opening reception takes place Sunday, March 18 from 1-3 p.m., and the public is welcome. Awards will be presented at that time and refreshments will be served. Much of the work is for sale and credit cards are accepted.

The show runs March 16 through April 5 at the WAA Gallery, located at the North Kingstown Town Beach, 36 Beach Street, Wickford. Directions and hours are available at the WAA website, www.wickfordart.org or by calling the gallery at 294-6840.
