      Melissa Marie Keller, granddaughter of Jim and Gwen Keller of Jamestown, was born on February 15, 2007, to Vera Goncalvez Keller and Jonathan Keller, who reside in East Providence. She was welcomed home by three-year-old brother, André.

      Suspended license, possession Craig Rich, 27, of Newport, was stopped for speeding on March 9 at Beacon Ave. and Spindrift St., police said. Rich was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and possession of marijuana, according to police.
