Peace rally in Newport

Jamestowners are invited to participate in a peace rally to stop the war in Iraq. The rally will start at noon this Sunday, March 18, at Washington Square in downtown Newport. The rally will be followed by a music fest at Billy Goodes, 29 W. Marlborough St., featuring an open buffet from 1:30 to 3 p.m. for $5 to defray rally costs. The music fest will be followed by Rock Out of Iraq from 3 to 7 p.m.
