Russo offers yoga class

A yoga class is offered every Wednesday, from 9-10 a.m. at the Wellspring Wellness Center.

The instructor uses a multistyle/ vinyasa approach with attention to breath, alignment, and focus. and also studies the dynamics of walking to help students take their knowledge "off the mat."

All levels are welcome. The cost is $50 for 6 classes or $9 for drop in. Call Rose Russo at 782-9511.
