Scholarship deadline nears

There is still time to apply for a Jamestown Chamber of Commerce scholarship. Each year the Chamber awards two $500 scholarships to Jamestown residents pursing business studies or taking continuing education classes for career development.

Students looking to take a college business program, or adults looking to take night classes for career development, are encouraged to apply.

Applications are available at Baker's Pharmacy or online at http://www.jamestownRIchamber. com. The deadline is Saturday, May 19.
