Virginia A. McGregor, 77

Virginia A. McGregor, 77, of Schooner Avenue, died Friday, May 18, 2007. She was the wife of the late Donald McGregor.

Born in Wakefield, she was a daughter of the late Benjamin and Lola (Briggs) Curtis. Mrs. Mc- Gregor was a dietitian for Miriam Hospital for many years before retiring. She leaves her daughter Peggy Burse and her husband Alan of Jamestown; brothers, Robert Curtis of Florida and Benjamin Curtis Jr. of Narragansett; and grandson, Ashton Dana Burse of Jamestown. She was the mother of the late Andrew McGregor.

The funeral service was held yesterday at Central Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 931 Jefferson Blvd., Warwick, RI 02866. Arrangements were by Avery-Storti Funeral Home.
