4-H fair on tap July 7 to 9
      It is fair time in Southern Rhode Island. The Southern RI 4-H Fair will be held July 7 to 9 at the Washington County Fairgrounds on Route 112 in Richmond. Opening ceremonies are at 5 p.m., Friday, July 7, with closing ceremonies at 6 p.m. on Sunday, July 9. Opening is at 8 a.m. each day.
