Bench to be dedicated for Jacquard

A memorial bench will be dedicated to Tom Jacquard on July 4 at noon at the town tennis courts at the corner of Watson and Lawn Avenues.

Jacquard, an avid tennis player who died two years ago at the age of 54, will be honored by his friends and family with a bench placed at one of his favorite island spots.

Everyone is invited to attend the dedication ceremony.
