Estes graduates from Bowdoin

Cotton Barrett Estes of Jamestown was awarded a bachelor of arts degree in visual arts from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine. Additionally, she received the Anne Bartlett Lewis Memorial Prize in visual arts from the Bowdoin Department of Art, as well as the prestigious Thomas J. Watson Fellowship, which gives college graduates of unusual promise the freedom to engage in a year of independent study and travel abroad following graduation.
