Catch the 'Follies' tonight
The Jamestown Lions Club will host the Ocean State Follies this evening, Thursday, July 26, at 7 p.m. at the Jamestown Community Center, 41 Conanicus Ave.

The Follies poke good-natured fun at the "state" of the state through song parodies and skits. Cast members lead the audience through a journey into life in the Ocean State - fun and foibles, scandals and vandals, politics and peculiarities. The award-winning comedy cabaret has been named RI's Best Comedy Show multiple times by RI Monthly Magazine. "

Tickets are available at the door for $15 each. All proceeds for the event will be used to support Camp Mauchatea (Be My Guide), a summer camp for teens with visual handicaps, along with other Lion's Club charities. For more information, contact Matthew Clarke at 423-1111.
