A big cheer for the North Road cows

Kudos to the newly arrived herd of cows along our North Road farms.

The Land Trust has evoked a compelling message heralding the urgency of preserving one of Jamestown's premier treasures, open space.

This truly is the issue that impacts the lives of everyone on the island, as well as generations to come. Those future generations - our children and grandchildren - need the island's collective support now, both in private donations and the passage of a bond referendum in September.

Let's give until the cows come home.
